Serving Suggestions

Serve this Greek-inspired salad alongside grilled souvlaki, roasted potatoes, or as part of a mezze platter. It’s a fantastic option for potlucks, BBQs, or healthy weekday lunches.

Protein-Packed Variations

1. Grilled Chicken Breast

Classic and lean, this adds great texture and soaks up the Greek dressing beautifully. Try adding our G&K Tandoori Chicken thighs (pictured above).

2. Sliced Lamb or Beef Gyro Meat

For a heartier twist, gyro-style meat brings bold Mediterranean flavour.

3. Seared Shrimp or Salmon

Adds omega-3s and a delicate seafood touch that pairs well with feta and cucumber. Both G&K Herb and Garlic Grilled Shrimp and our Easy Spicy Chili Shrimp work great with this salad.

4. Crispy Chickpeas or Falafel (vegetarian)

Crunchy, protein-rich, and full of fiber — perfect for a plant-based option.

5. Hard-Boiled Eggs

An easy, budget-friendly way to boost protein while keeping the salad light.
