Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 4 medium radishes
  • 2 large green onions
  • 1 mini cucumber
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • cup G&K Greek dressing
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • If you don’t already have Greek dressing on hand, start by making a batch of G&K Greek Dressing.
    1/3 cup G&K Greek dressing
  • Chop the lettuce into thin strips and add to a large bowl.
    ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • Wash and chop the radishes into strips and add to the lettuce.
    4 medium radishes
  • Wash and slice the green onions on the bias and place them in the bowl.
    2 large green onions
  • Wash the cucumber and cut it lengthwise into four. Then slice the quarters and add them to the bowl.
    1 mini cucumber
  • Wash and deseed the pepper and slice it into 1-inch-long spears.
    1 bell pepper
  • Finally, crumble feta cheese and add the G&K Greek Dressing to the bowl. Toss until all the ingredients are well combined.
    1/4 cup feta cheese, 1/3 cup G&K Greek dressing, Fresh parsley for garnish
