If you don’t already have Greek dressing on hand, start by making a batch of G&K Greek Dressing.
1/3 cup G&K Greek dressing
Chop the lettuce into thin strips and add to a large bowl.
½ head of iceberg lettuce
Wash and chop the radishes into strips and add to the lettuce.
4 medium radishes
Wash and slice the green onions on the bias and place them in the bowl.
2 large green onions
Wash the cucumber and cut it lengthwise into four. Then slice the quarters and add them to the bowl.
1 mini cucumber
Wash and deseed the pepper and slice it into 1-inch-long spears.
1 bell pepper
Finally, crumble feta cheese and add the G&K Greek Dressing to the bowl. Toss until all the ingredients are well combined.
