How to Baked the Perfect Chicken Breast
Baking chicken breast in the oven is the easiest way to cook the breast perfectly. The heat is evenly distributed, for the most part, and there are no external factors that can impede the cooking process. It fool-proof.
Start by preheating the oven to 400°F.
Next, you need to season the chicken. Start by sprinkling each breast with salt, then cover them with the G&K all-purpose spice. Flip the chicken breasts and repeat the seasoning.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lay out the chicken breasts on top.
Now place in the oven for 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. You can let it rest for a few minutes once it’s cooked.
