  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • ½ tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in an 8oz mason jar.
    ¼ cup vanilla yogurt, ¼ cup rolled oats, ¼ cup almond milk, ½ tbsp chocolate syrup, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp flax seeds, 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Stir together using a small whisk.
  • Cover with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy!
