Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in an 8oz mason jar.
¼ cup vanilla yogurt,
¼ cup rolled oats,
¼ cup almond milk,
½ tbsp chocolate syrup,
1 tsp chia seeds,
1 tsp flax seeds,
1 tbsp nut butter
Stir together using a small whisk.
Cover with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
