Easy Mango Salsa Recipe 
This is truly the best easy mango salsa. It’s a little bit sweet, a little bit sour and has whole lot of flavour. It makes a great topping for seafood and a great dip for tortilla chips.

Remove the flesh from the mango pit and dice it into ¼-inch pieces. Scoop the flesh out of the skin using a soup spoon. 
2 mangoes 
Wash and dice the pepper into similar size pieces.
¼ cup red bell pepper 
Peel and dice the onion.
1 tbsp red onion 
Wash and chop the fresh cilantro and juice half a lime.
1 tbsp cilantro,  2 ½ tsp lime juice 
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl including the spices and mix well. This salsa is best once it sits for a bit for all the flavours to marry.
¼ tsp chili powder,  ¼ tsp cumin,  ¼ tsp salt,  Pinch ground black pepper 
Serve with your favourite seafood, as a dip with chips or in tacos.
