Instructions
Peel the garlic and press it using a garlic press.
1 garlic clove
In a small bowl or measuring jug, combine all of the ingredients and stir well.
¼ cup olive oil,
2 tbsp lemon juice,
¼ tsp salt,
1/8 tsp pepper,
½ tbsp dried oregano,
1 tsp Dijon mustard,
2 tsp red wine vinegar
Let sit for 30 minutes before serving for best results.
