Easy Greek Salad Dressing Recipe

This easy Greek salad dressing is delicious and easy to make. It's great for vegetable salad, pasta salad, a bowl or a wrap.

Ingredients
 
 

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp pepper
  • ½ tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Peel the garlic and press it using a garlic press.

  • In a small bowl or measuring jug, combine all of the ingredients and stir well.
    ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, ½ tbsp dried oregano, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • Let sit for 30 minutes before serving for best results.
