Ranch dressing served with freshly cut vegetables as a dip.

Quick and Easy Ranch Dressing and Dip

There is nothing like veggies dipped in a fresh and zesty ranch dressing. If you want your family to look forward to a veggie snack this dip is definitely going to make that happen.

Preparing the Ranch Dressing and Dip

Mix all ingredients together until well combined. The consistency will vary depending on what kind of yogurt you use. If you prefer a thicker consistency, use Greek yogurt. If you only have Greek yogurt but don’t like your ranch too thick add some water a teaspoon at a time.

I like to use an old dressing or condiment bottle to store the ranch dressing. This makes it much more accessible and ensures we use it up quickly.

Substitutions

You can skip the mayonnaise and just use yogurt however you will need to add a teaspoon of sugar to cut the tartness.

Alternatively, you can just use mayonnaise skip the yogurt, and add an extra ½ tablespoon of lemon.

Serving the Ranch Dressing and Dip

Use as a dressing on your favourite salad. Cobb salad is my salad of choice to pair with this dressing.

You can also use it as a sauce on a chicken wrap or as a dip for fresh veggies.

Keep an eye out for our chicken ranch casserole recipe for another delicious way to use this dressing as a marinade.
