  • 500 ml egg whites
  • 1 egg optional
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • ¼ red bell pepper
  • ½ cup cooked broccoli
  • ½ cup hot dog roughly two hot dogs
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • Squeeze of sriracha optional
  • ½ tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat up the oil in a 10-inch pan on medium-low heat.
    ½ tbsp olive oil
  • While the oil is warming, chop the hot dog into a small dice. Add it to the pan once the oil is hot and stir occasionally.
    ½ cup hot dog
  • Dice the red pepper and add to the pan. Keep stirring occasionally.
    ¼ red bell pepper
  • Cut the broccoli into small florets and add them to the pan as well. Saute for another 2 minutes.
    ½ cup cooked broccoli
  • Add the egg whites, egg, salt, pepper and oregano to a medium bowl and whisk until mixed well.

  • Before pouring the egg mixture into the pan, spread out the hot dog and veggies evenly in the pan. Pour the eggs in gently to keep the veggies and meat distributed evenly.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes or until the eggs are no longer runny.
    ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Cut into triangles and serve topped with your favourite hot sauce.
    Squeeze of sriracha
