  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • ¼ cup onion
  • 1 tsp relish
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Add all ingredients into the bowl of the stand mixer or into your large bowl. Mix until all ingredients are combined, plus another 30 seconds. You don’t want to overmix as that will make your meatloaf denser.
    2 lbs ground turkey, ¼ cup onion, 1 tsp relish, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp herbs de Provence, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tbsp BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 egg, ¼ cup cheddar cheese
  • Spray the loaf pan with cooking spray or grease with butter or oil.
  • Pour the meat mixture into the loaf pan. Spread out the meat mixture in the pan to make sure it is level to ensure even baking.
  • Place the pan in the warm oven and bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. The time will depend on the size of the loaf pan you are using.
