Instructions
Add water to the pot and set to boil.
Measure out your pasta and set it aside.
125 g rotini noodles
When the water comes to a boil, add the noodles and cook per the package instructions.
To make the sauce, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a small bowl and stir well. Taste test in case you prefer it to be sweeter.
1 cup cottage cheese,
1 tbsp sugar,
¾ tsp cinnamon,
1 tsp vanilla
Once the noodles are cooked strain them in the colander and serve topped with our cottage cheese sweet sauce.
