If you have never had sweet pasta for breakfast, try this super quick, delicious and healthy dish.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 125 g rotini noodles
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Add water to the pot and set to boil.
  • Measure out your pasta and set it aside.
    125 g rotini noodles
  • When the water comes to a boil, add the noodles and cook per the package instructions.
  • To make the sauce, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a small bowl and stir well. Taste test in case you prefer it to be sweeter.
    1 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp sugar, ¾ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla
  • Once the noodles are cooked strain them in the colander and serve topped with our cottage cheese sweet sauce.
