- Combine all ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. - 660 ml passata, 1 cup stock, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 cup heavy cream, Salt and ground black pepper to taste 
- While the soup is simmering, toast bread in a toaster and butter. Alternatively, butter bread slices and place in an air fryer for 4 minutes at 350°F. - 4 pieces of bread, 2 tbsp butter 
- Once the soup has simmered for 15 minutes, taste and add more salt and pepper as required. Please be careful as the soup will be very hot. - Salt and ground black pepper to taste 
- Pour the soup into a soup bowl and top with fresh chopped parsley. - 1 tbsp fresh parsley
