- 9x13 glass baking dish 
- Knife 
- Preheat oven to 400°F. 
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into ½-inch fries and put the fries in a glass 9x13 baking dish. - 1 lb potatoes 
- Add the oil, G&K All-Purpose Spice and salt to the glass baking dish. - 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp G&K All Purpose Spice, ¼ tsp salt 
- Stir the fries until well coated in the oil and spices. 
- Spread the fries out in a single layer as much as possible. 
- Once the oven is preheated put the potatoes in. 
- Bake for 45 minutes flipping halfway. 
- Serve with your favourite main and veggie.
