Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash the potatoes and cut them into ½-inch fries and put the fries in a glass 9x13 baking dish.
1 lb potatoes
Add the oil, G&K All-Purpose Spice and salt to the glass baking dish.
2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp G&K All Purpose Spice, ¼ tsp salt
Stir the fries until well coated in the oil and spices.
Spread the fries out in a single layer as much as possible.
Once the oven is preheated put the potatoes in.
Bake for 45 minutes flipping halfway.
Serve with your favourite main and veggie.
