  • Preheat the oven to 425F
  • Cut the bottom stem off the Brussels sprouts then cut them in half length-wise. Discard any loose leaves that fall off. Now wash the Brussels sprouts in cold water.
    450 g Brussels sprouts
  • Peel and dice the onion and dice the bacon.
    70 g onion, 3-4 slices of bacon
  • Now combine the Brussels Sprouts, onions and bacon in a bowl and top with garlic powder and salt. Toss everything using two silicone spatulas until everything is evenly coated.
    450 g Brussels sprouts, 70 g onion, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp coarsely ground salt, 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper, 3-4 slices of bacon
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread out the mixture in an even layer.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes tossing once halfway.
  • Serve with your favourite mains.
