Add the ground turkey to a pan and cook until it’s not pink anymore stirring frequently, approximately 5 minutes.
450 g ground turkey
Wash and coarsely chop the kale. Then peel the potato and dice it into 1/4-inch cubes.
50 g kale, 345 g sweet potato
Add the potatoes and spices to the pan and toss to coat. Sauté for a minute or two.
345 g sweet potato, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper
Next, add the stock and kale, cover and cook for 10 minutes stirring midway.
250 ml stock, 50 g kale
Optional: While everything is cooking, grate the cheese. I like to use the fine grater to make it easier to incorporate the cheese into the ground turkey skillet.

After the 10 minutes is up, top the ground turkey, sweet potato and kale skillet with grated cheese. You can reserve some on the side for serving. Stir to integrate the melted cheese and serve.
