Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer or a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Once combined well, mix for another 30 seconds.
    1 lb ground turkey, 1 lb ground pork, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp allspice, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tbsp cumin, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Divide the meat mixture into 10 and using your clean hands, shape the meat around a wooden skewer into 2-inch wide by 5-inch kebabs
  • Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet without touching and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Serve with House of G&K tzatziki sauce and baked saffron potatoes.
