Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. It is mixed well when the oil and mustard are no longer separated.
2 tbsp olive oil,
1 tsp apple cider vinegar,
1 tsp Dijon mustard,
½ tsp maple syrup,
Pinch Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Serve on your favourite salads, use as a flavouring for rice, quinoa or couscous, or as a chicken marinade.
