Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a small bowl or glass measuring cup.
1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp dried onions, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp dried dill, 1/2 tbsp dried parsley, 1/2 tbsp dried chives, Pinch of pepper
Using a whisk, mix the ingredients until well combined.
Place the chicken in a medium bowl and pour all the marinade over the chicken.

Using tongs, coat all the chicken evenly. We want to use up all the marinade for this recipe.
Optional: You can leave the chicken in the marinade for up to 24 hours if you are preparing the chicken in advance of serving.
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Place the chicken on a pan with a grilling rack or on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
