Ingredients
 
 

For the Ranch Marinade:

  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dried onions optional
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp dried dill
  • ½ tbsp dried parsley
  • ½ tbsp dried chives optional
  • Pinch of pepper

Protein:

  • 8 chicken thighs (boneless skinless)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a small bowl or glass measuring cup.
    1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp dried onions, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp dried dill, 1/2 tbsp dried parsley, 1/2 tbsp dried chives, Pinch of pepper
  • Using a whisk, mix the ingredients until well combined.
  • Place the chicken in a medium bowl and pour all the marinade over the chicken.
    8 chicken thighs
  • Using tongs, coat all the chicken evenly. We want to use up all the marinade for this recipe.
  • Optional: You can leave the chicken in the marinade for up to 24 hours if you are preparing the chicken in advance of serving.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F
  • Place the chicken on a pan with a grilling rack or on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
