  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 6 radishes
  • 2 green onions
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Toast optional

Instructions
 

  • Trim the greens off the radishes and wash them well. Cut off the ends and slice thinly.

  • Wash and chop the green onions.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sliced radishes, chopped green onions and salt and pepper.
    500 g cottage cheese, 6 radishes, 2 green onions, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Serve on its own or on toast.
