Trim the greens off the radishes and wash them well. Cut off the ends and slice thinly.

Wash and chop the green onions.
2 green onions 
In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sliced radishes, chopped green onions and salt and pepper.
500 g cottage cheese,  6 radishes,  2 green onions,  1/4 tsp salt,  1/2 tsp pepper
