This velvety green protein smoothie is the perfect breakfast or on-the-go snack and the smoothest smoothie you’ve ever had. It’s fresh, bright and full of nutrients that will keep you full until the next meal.

Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 35 g cashews
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup oat milk (or any milk you like)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, 3 tbsp honey, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 avocado, 35 g cashews, ½ cup ice, 1 cup oat milk
  • Serve in a large glass with or without a straw.
