Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp onion (¼ small onion)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil (for frying)

Instructions

  • Start with dicing the onion and garlic.
2 tbsp onion, 1 clove garlic
  • Next, add all of the ingredients except the olive oil to a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix everything with the paddle attachment or your (clean) hands just until combined. Do not overmix as that will make your burgers dense.
