In a small bowl, combine the tuna, onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise and stir to combine.
170 g can of white tuna in water, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1/8 tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper, ½ tbsp ground flax seeds, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 2 tbsp onion
Serve on bread as a sandwich, in a wrap or as an appetizer with crackers.
