  • 8-10 boneless skinless chicken thighs ½ lb per person
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • cup G&K Italian dressing
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • If you are making the dish right away, preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a 9x9 glass baking dish add the yogurt, lemon juice, G&K Italian Dressing and Sub Sauce, salt, paprika and garlic powder. Using a fork or whisk combine the ingredients well and spread across the bottom of the bakeware.
    1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/3 cup G&K Italian dressing, 3/4 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp paprika, 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Add the chicken thighs to the baking dish dredging in the yogurt mixture.
    8-10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • If you are prepping the chicken in advance, cover the dish with a lid or foil and refrigerate until you are ready to bake.
  • If you are making this dish right away, place the glass dish with the chicken in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Serve immediately with your favourite sides.
