If you are making the dish right away, preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a 9x9 glass baking dish add the yogurt, lemon juice, G&K Italian Dressing and Sub Sauce, salt, paprika and garlic powder. Using a fork or whisk combine the ingredients well and spread across the bottom of the bakeware.
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/3 cup G&K Italian dressing, 3/4 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp paprika, 3/4 tsp garlic powder
Add the chicken thighs to the baking dish dredging in the yogurt mixture.
8-10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
If you are prepping the chicken in advance, cover the dish with a lid or foil and refrigerate until you are ready to bake.
If you are making this dish right away, place the glass dish with the chicken in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve immediately with your favourite sides.
