Easy Garlic Aioli Recipe

This easy garlic aioli is the perfect dip for fries and potato wedges but that’s not all. It's also an amazing condiment for burgers, wraps, sandwiches and more.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 garlic clove
  • tsp salt
  • Pinch ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing a lemon. Cut it in half and juice one half. Add it to a small bowl.
    ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • Peel the garlic and press it into the bowl. If you don’t have a garlic press, give it a fine chop before adding it to the bowl.

  • Now add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the bowl as well.
    ½ cup mayonnaise, 1/8 tsp salt, Pinch ground black pepper
  • Stir all the ingredients together making sure they are evenly distributed.
  • Garlic aioli tastes best after at least 30 minutes. For best results make it the day before use.

Note:  This recipe yields about 8 tablespoons of garlic aioli therefore one tablespoon is about 96 calories
