- Cut the cabbage to your liking. You can shred it, dice it or just slice it thinly. I like mine diced as a contrast to the carrots. - 10 oz red cabbage 
- Next peel and julienne the carrots. - 2 oz carrots 
- Wash and finely chop the parsley. - 2 tbsp fresh parsley 
- And make the ranch dressing. For a ¼ cup, you will need 1/6 of the G&K Ranch Dressing Recipe. - ¼ cup G&K Ranch Dressing 
- Combine all of the ingredients, including the salt and pepper, in a medium bowl and stir well until all the ingredients are coated in the ranch dressing. - 10 oz red cabbage, 2 oz carrots, 2 tbsp fresh parsley, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper, ¼ cup G&K Ranch Dressing 
- Serve as a side to your favourite protein or as a topping on your pulled pork sandwich.
