Cut the cabbage to your liking. You can shred it, dice it or just slice it thinly. I like mine diced as a contrast to the carrots.
10 oz red cabbage
Next peel and julienne the carrots.
2 oz carrots
Wash and finely chop the parsley.
2 tbsp fresh parsley
And make the ranch dressing. For a ¼ cup, you will need 1/6 of the G&K Ranch Dressing Recipe.
¼ cup G&K Ranch Dressing
Combine all of the ingredients, including the salt and pepper, in a medium bowl and stir well until all the ingredients are coated in the ranch dressing.

Serve as a side to your favourite protein or as a topping on your pulled pork sandwich.
