  • ½ cup cottage cheese (note 1)
  • 4 grape tomatoes
  • ½ avocado
  • tsp salt
  • tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dice the grape tomatoes.

  • Cut an avocado in half and dice or mash it with a fork in the shell.
    ½ avocado
  • Add the cottage cheese, avocado, tomatoes, hemp seeds and salt and pepper to a bowl and enjoy!
