If you don’t already have leftover rice, you will need to cook it.
¼ cup cooked rice
Once the rice is cooled to your preferred temperature (note 1), combine it with the yogurt and cinnamon in a small bowl and enjoy!
½ cup vanilla yogurt, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ cup cooked rice

NOTE 1: If I have freshly cooked rice I like to use hot rice in this recipe. But I rarely heat up leftover rice to make it.NOTE 2: Nutritional values, especially the amount of protein will vary depending on what yogurt you choose. Opt for a higher protein yogurt to make this snack extra filling.
