- Preheat the oven to 400°F. 
- Season the chicken breast on both sides with salt and G&K All-Purpose Spice. - 2 chicken breasts, 1 Tbsp G&K All-Purpose Spice, ½ tsp salt 
- Place the chicken breasts on a lined cookie sheet and place in the oven for 35 minutes. The chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 
- While the chicken is cooking, line another cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place the bacon on the cookie sheets side by side but without overlapping. - 6 bacon strips 
- When there are 20 minutes left for the chicken, put the cookie sheet with the bacon in the oven. Set a timer for 10 minutes. 
- When the 10 minutes are up flip the bacon and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes. 
- When the timers are up, remove the chicken and bacon from the oven and rest for a few minutes. 
- In the meantime, wash and slice a tomato and wash the lettuce. - 5 oz tomato, 2 Butter lettuce leaves 
- Slice the chicken width-wise and assemble the sandwich in your preferred order. - 6 bacon strips, 2 Butter lettuce leaves, 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, 2 ciabatta buns, 5 oz tomato 
- Serve on its own or with a side salad.
