Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe

A simple Caesar salad wrap makes an excellent and quick lunch. It’s also a great on-the-go meal.

  • Salad spinner (optional)

Ingredients
 
 

  • ¼ rotisserie chicken
  • 4 7-inch tortillas
  • ½ head of romaine lettuce

½ G&K Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • ½ garlic clove (or 1 small clove)

Instructions
 

  • Start by taking the chicken off the bones and dicing it into small pieces.
    ¼ rotisserie chicken
  • Next, make the Caesar salad dressing. Combine the mayonnaise, parmesan and pressed garlic in the bottom of the medium bowl. Stir everything to combine.

  • Now you just need to prep the lettuce. Slice half of a head of romaine lettuce into ½ inch slices. Wash the lettuce and spin or pat it dry.

  • Add the lettuce to the medium bowl with the dressing and toss to coat well.
  • Lastly, place your wraps on plates. Two wraps per plate. Distribute the chicken evenly among the wraps, followed by the salad. Wrap them up and serve.
