- Start by taking the chicken off the bones and dicing it into small pieces. - ¼ rotisserie chicken 
- Next, make the Caesar salad dressing. Combine the mayonnaise, parmesan and pressed garlic in the bottom of the medium bowl. Stir everything to combine. - 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp grated parmesan, ½ garlic clove 
- Now you just need to prep the lettuce. Slice half of a head of romaine lettuce into ½ inch slices. Wash the lettuce and spin or pat it dry. - ½ head of romaine lettuce 
- Add the lettuce to the medium bowl with the dressing and toss to coat well. 
- Lastly, place your wraps on plates. Two wraps per plate. Distribute the chicken evenly among the wraps, followed by the salad. Wrap them up and serve. - 4  7-inch tortillas
