Combine all of the ingredients in an 8oz mason jar.
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, 1/3 cup rolled oats, ¼ cup milk, 2 tbsp shredded carrot, 1/3 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp vanilla, Pinch of nutmeg, 1 tsp flax seeds
