Open and drain the canned tuna and corn.
1 can tuna, 3 oz of canned corn
Wash and dice the tomato and green onions, thinly slice, or dice the cabbage, peel and julienne the carrots.
5 oz tomato on the vine, 1 oz green onions, 2 oz carrot, 4 oz red cabbage
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well.
¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, ¼ tsp pepper, Salt to taste
Serve on its own, with crackers, on toast, or on a bed of greens.
