  • Preheat the oven to 400℉
  • While the oven is warming, wash the potatoes. Next, cut the potatoes into wedges. Cut smaller potatoes into 8 wedges and larger ones into 12 wedges.
    2 lbs potatoes
  • Now move the potatoes to a large bowl and add oil, salt and G&K All-Purpose Spice.
    2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp Coarsely ground salt, ½ tbsp G&K All Purpose Spice
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway.
