Equipment

  • Small bowl, large silicone or Ziploc bag

Ingredients

  • cup olive oil
  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic medium

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
1/8 cup olive oil, 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp dried thyme, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper, 1 clove garlic
  • Pour over 1-1.5lbs of chicken or pork. In my opinion, the marinade turns out best on any cut of chicken with the skin on.
  • Seal in a freezer safe container and freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Defrost in the fridge overnight and bake on 400°F for 30 minutes (depending on the cut of meat) or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
