- Place the bagel in the toaster, on the bagel setting if you prefer. - 1 Bagel 
- In the small bowl, crack two eggs. Add the salt, pepper, milk and green onions. Whisk until well combined. - 2 eggs, 1 tsp milk, Pinch of salt and pepper, ½ tbsp green onions 
- Place the small bowl with eggs in the microwave for 2 minutes. 
- While the eggs and bagel are cooking and toasting, prep your toppings. I sliced some tomato and avocado. You can also add spinach, cheese, red onion, your favourite hot sauce. - tomato, Avocado 
- CAUTION the bowl with the eggs will be very HOT! Use oven mitts or a pot holder to take it out of the microwave. 
- When the bagel is ready, butter one side. Add the eggs, tomato and avocado. I like to add a little more salt and pepper on top and you’re all set. Wrap in a napkin and take it to go or eat it right on the spot. Just we bare, those eggs will still be very hot! Enjoy! - Butter, tomato, Avocado
